The optimal solution is to use four independent implants with all-ceramic crowns attached. As in the case of the lack of a single tooth, it does not matter if the missing teeth are in the anterior or posterior segment of the dental arch, and whether they are surrounded by existing natural teeth or a posterior edentulous area at the end of the arch. Each implant is an integral and independent whole, which perfectly reproduces the function and aesthetics of natural dentition.

The total cost of placing four implants, uncovering them and - after a period of 3 to 6 months - placing four crowns on implants, varies from 20800 PLN to 28800 PLN.

An alternative is the implantation of three implants with a bridge consisting of four crowns. In addition to the cost reduction associated with a smaller number of implants, this solution allows the attached crown to be placed in an area where implantation would be impossible or would require additional procedures, such as guided tissue regeneration or a sinus lift. It is therefore an alternative that perfectly reconstructs the lack of four teeth.

The cost of this solution depends on the type of implant system chosen and the crown used. The total cost of placing three implants, uncovering them and - after a period of 3 to 6 months - placing four crowns on three implants, varies from PLN 16600 to PLN 23400.

Another alternative is the implantation of two implants with a bridge consisting of four crowns. In this situation, the cost of the entire restoration is further reduced and, as in the case described above, it is possible to place crowns in areas with insufficient bone. The distribution of implants is determined individually. It does not affect the cost of the restoration.

The cost of this solution depends on the type of implant system chosen and the crowns used. The total cost of placing two implants, uncovering them and - after a period of 3 to 6 months – placing four crowns on two implants, varies from PLN 12,400 to PLN 18,000.

An alternative solution for implant placement is the use of a prosthetic bridge. This option, however, requires the preparation and removal of tooth structure of neighboring teeth on which the bridge is cemented. Due to the need to remove healthy tooth structure, patients often choose implants as the preferred method of replacing missing teeth.
